ok everybody gets angry now and then. its a fact of life. i am no exception to that rule. but i always make sure that i never get angry in public and have an outburst. this has changed recently thanks to the dipshits at rentway. i had to give back my comp a couple of weeks ago because the disc drive wasnt reading anything. yes im renting to own a laptop. what can i say im a cheap bastich.
i called a few days later and they said it still wasnt fixed. for the next two weeks i was getting the runaround. it almost done, we had to send off for parts. stuff like that. so finally i call them from work yesterday and they said they had rented it to someone else. this is when the angry started. i asked him why. (this btw was the guy i had mainly been in contact with about my comp the entire time.) he said 'I didnt know you wanted it back' at this point i might have actually had a stroke. im not sure. i was too angry to notice anything. as calmly as possible i said, ill come down there to discuss this in person, at which point i hang up, and go back to work stewing the entire time.
I went to rentway directly afterwork. the same guy was there. as calmly as possible i say, is there anyway of getting my computer back. he said not unless the person doesnt pay for it or returns it. i said ok do you have another computer i could rent, and he of course said no. this is the point at which i flipped. i wont tell you verbatim what i said, but you can trust that i said alot of curse words at a pretty high volume. at one point he said if you dont calm down ill have to call the cops. at this point i said fuck you let me talk to the manager. he got me to calm down and said as soon as they got another laptop, i would get it and i would get a free month to go with it. i said fine and took off, getting a dirty look from the asshole. i should have flipped him off.
on the way back home i started to feel bad, and considered calling and apologizing, but my brother stopped me and told me he deserved it. i guess so.
so yeah i hulked out. in public. it doesnt happen. like at all. i was mainly pissed cause the comp was pretty much my only means of staying in touch with steph. hopefully ill get another one soon.
