It's my mom's birthday today. She's fifty now. It's kinda crazy. I feel bad that I can't do anything for her today, seeing as how i'm working. Might come up with something later after work, like making dinner or cleaning house or something. Also she has to run out and cash her check and take her cpr class and what not, so that kinda sucks too. It is my belief that when it's a person's birthday, they have the god given right to not have to do a goddamn thing. But that's just one man's opinion. We are having a party for her on friday, and i'm taking her somewhere cool on saturday, so we got her covered. Just not on her birthday proper. Having a bday on a weekday sucks. Especially one as important as fifty.
In FH news, i've got a pretty big one brewing, but it's taking a while. I'm thinking about doing a smaller one on the fly, just for giggles. One More Thing might not be ready for at least another week.
Oops, almost forgot. Song of the Week. This is a good one.

You know, it seems to me that someone promised to visit in Febuary, and it's now March with nary hide nor hair of that person in sight.
