Cainnum Vs. Alien Vs. Predator

so from time to time I get a movie from netflix I know is probably gonna be crap, but i watch it anyways, sort of a harkening back to the days when i would watch movies with josh and dave. So I decided, quite foolishly, to watch AVP. Now in my defense A.)I didn't know it was directed by Paul W.S Anderson, and B.) didn't know it had Lance Henrikson in it, which are both pretty much the international signs for please watch something else. BTW, Henrikson is human and not an Android in this film, which is dumb. But I digress.
The main problem I have with the movie is this. It doesn't totally suck.
If you are confused, I will elaborate. I have three movie ratings. Crap. Good. Amazing. When a movie falls in between crap and good I get pissed. I'd rather it be total crap, than do what AVP did, which was have a few redeeming qualities. First off, and the best thing, is that it's short, weighing at just over an hour and a half. Secondly, the crappy plot more than willingly steps aside for the ultra-violence, as if to say, yes we know why you really want to watch the movie. Thirdly, and if you haven't seen it, I apologize for being a spoiler. I liked the idea of the Predator being the good guy, ok not the good guy, but the lesser of the two evils. And the end scene with the alien queen was pretty sweet.
But the movie is still crap. I know it to be crap, i saw it with my own eyes. i'm torn between recommending it and warning against it. i really wish i could have seen this with dave. we could have torn it a new one. oh well.
oh yeah i also saw contstantine. go check it out. it's pretty good. laters.

Joshie vs. Cainnum vs. Alien vs. Predator. Just kidding. I don't know who any of those people are (that's one of the many reasons I have you around. To point out these people for me.) I didn't even want to see this movie. But, thanks to your post...I still don't. :) Love you.
