an exercise in futility
now before i start, i'm not trying to get anybody to feel sorry. saying that won't help my cause any i'm sure, but i assure this isn't the start of a pity party. ronnie and I have already been through that.
with that having been said, i pose a question. why would one post daily on a blog if no one ever read it, or worse if one had to ask one to read it.
why talk if no one's listening.
self expression. or maybe someday someone will ask what type of person i was. and they'll read my blog and say 'hey, this guy was a hack,' or what have you.
i dunno
maybe because i can.

to get traffic, you need links. to get links, you need to link TO people.
Plus, any fan base starts out small. You need to get a nice archive of posts, then word will spread, somebody will spend an hour reading all of the old stuff, decide they like you, and bam! you've got a regular. And, please remember, you already have at least one regular *clears throat meaningfully*, and you OWE your exsisting fan base.
Sometimes, one needs to do something, not for others, but for ones self. So stop whining.
