Ask K-num
i really really can't think of anything to post. my life is boring. i work i go home i watch tv i sleep i work. on weekends i watch hockey. So in an effort to waste time and possibly entertain a few people, i'm inviting everybody to ask me whatever they want. whatever you want to know about me but were always too afraid to ask. i will not be offended by anything. probably. i will give everybody plenty of time to ask, and i will reply as promptly as possible.if you can't think of something about me personally, then try some trivia: movie, music, simpsons, whatever you can throw at me. if nobody asks any questions, i'm going to cry and go live in a cave, and really, who wants that on their conscience? j/k

The Cup
Disclaimer: I know that everbody who reads this will have no idea and/or no interest in the subject at all. However, I cannot keep this silent. I have to shout it from the blogtops.
Well I can mark another life long goal off of my list since moving to Austin. The first one was to see the Pixies in concert, which happened thanks to Loren. And on Saturday I saw The Cup. The one and only. The Stanley Cup. The holy grail of hockey. The one thing that all thirty NHL teams work for every single year, and I saw it. I touched it. Hell I kissed the damn thing. Most of you probably think i'm crazy, but I don't care. For any hockey fan this is a dream come true. Also, if my sources are correct, the oldest sports trophy ever. It started in 1892 There are still names engraved on there from the 1920's. I kinda feel like I defiled it now that I think about it. oh well.
On top of that I got to see two kick ass hockey games. Live. Not on tv or anything. ahhhh. I'm happy. At least for a few days.

damn you ebay!
i've started using ebay recently. i've won two items so far. paying for them is a pain in the ass though. you
have to use paypal. very few people allow for payment by check or money order. grrr. now i probably won't get my gamecube because of this.
also i have offically become a slave to the 9-5 workday. i actually said out loud ' thank god it's friday'. what is wrong with me?!?

yay more lists!
i'm really doing this for myself more than anybody else. i find myself saying a lot of times 'oh that movie is on my top ten or top five list', and usually it's a damn lie. So, that i may finally put all questions regarding said list to rest, and also so that i can at least temporarily relieve my boredom at work, here it is. my top ten favorite movies of all time.
also i know everbody already knows what my number one is but i thought i should put it anyways, just to be complete.

8. The Hudsucker Proxy
7. Magnolia
6. MST3k: The Movie
5. Heavy

1. The Shawshank Redemption
Honorable mention list: O brother where art thou?, Citizen X, Raising Arizona, Galaxy Quest, Looking for Richard, The Royal Tenenbaums

work
more on the job now, just in case anybody isn't bored yet. It's an office. Like you know, an office setting.kinda like the show, except it's funnier here. it's weird, yet i'm strangely comfortable with it. there's a water cooler, where people actually have conversations at. there are people in ties. (sometimes me) i have my very own cubicle. i finally get dilbert. it's still not funny. There are meetings. i've been to three already in less than a week. I feel like i finally belong......
Not really, but i'll say almost anything for $11 an hour.

job
well i'm back. ok not really. this is only temporary. i still don't have the computer back and i hate blogging on my psp. also no one besides margie reads my blog, so i often get discouraged.
'why are you back now, blogging at the library?' you ask? well i am once again gainfully employed. not only that, but i'm getting 11 dollars an hour. i have an official title at a pretty big company. i'm a software consultant for Fedex. It doesn't sound as great as the title would suggest. i just tell people how to use the website and the shipping software. but at least i'm working. there's a lot of other things that happened to me in the last month and a day, but my hands are getting tired. margie tell josh i'll get sakura back to him soon. either by parcel or in person. laters.
